1. WALL CHARTS  - We can prepare a Family Tree wall chart, A3, either from research that we have carried out for you under our Family History Reseach Programme, from research that you have carried out yourself, or even from research that you have commissioned elsewhere.

2. OBTAINING DOCUMENTS

Birth, Marriage and Death Certificates can be obtained at a cost of £11-50 per document, which includes our research fee and the cost of the document itself. If you require more than one copy of the same document, second and subsequent copies are charged at £8 each. In the unlikely event that we are unable to obtain a particular certificate, a refund of £7 would be made.

Wills - if probate has been granted we can obtain a copy of a will. Our charge for this service is £22-50 if you are able to supply all the details that we require - including the exact date of death. If we have to obtain a death certificate in order to establish those details the total charge will be £34. If our reseach reveals that probate has not been granted, it will not be possible to obtain a will, even if one was made. In such an event a refund of £10 will be made.

3. MISSING HEIRS - we can locate missing heirs, whether or not a will is available. This is a service which would normally be performed for a Solicitor.

4. OTHER JOBS - Our reputation is vital to us and if we undertake to do a job for a client, we will pull out all the stops to do it properly.
